Project & campaign management

We can offer a fully tailored project management service based on your needs as a client and drawing from our years of experience across many fields. However big or small, you can be confident that Pawb will be there to structure, co-ordinate and deliver on your projects. Our clients include media organisations, trades unions and voluntary sector organisations.

Media & Voluntary Sector support

Pawb works closely with a broad range of companies and organisations both in the media and the voluntary sector. We have experience of organising and running bespoke training courses, PR campaigns, and information gathering exercises, together with core programme support services such as helplines and voting and SMS services.

Research services

Pawb hold a wealth of resource information on a broad range of subjects, which are updated each time a new project is commissioned. These resources include information following social action programmes such as elderly care or drug abuse (i.e. support services for viewers to contact) or contact information following historical documentaries (e.g. how to trace your ancestors) We also have the technology and capacity to run IVR or live call based research for our clients.

Telemarketing & SMS services

Pawb have a selection of 0800 and 0845 numbers which are used for helplines, live TV competitions and phone-ins. We also have pre-recorded information lines so that people can phone and listen to relevant information on a chosen subject. We offer SMS text messaging services for competitions and PR campaigns as well as revenue generating numbers where appropriate.

Web content, booklets & factsheets

Pawb have an impressive track record in collating and writing content on a wide range of subjects, often to accompany TV programmes, from current affairs to drama and historical documentary, as well as for voluntary organisations. This content can then be used in whatever media the client requires.

Helplines, competition & voting lines

With a compact call centre capacity, we are able to offer live helplines to accompany TV programmes, usually by gathering together expert staff relevant to the subject matter, which is often socially sensitive. We also offer live or automated lines for anything from live children’s competitions to national talent competitions.
